Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
EMDR Trained Therapist
After earning my Master of Arts in 2021, I came to this work with a foundation shaped by five years of providing crisis intervention and emergency response to survivors of crime. Through that experience, I discovered that my deepest clinical desire was to support individuals and their families in finding healing after life’s most unthinkable moments.
Today, that mission remains at the heart of my approach. I believe that in a world moving so fast, we rarely get the chance to simply be, to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present. Still Tide Wellness is not only a gentle reminder to myself, but a gentle reminder to others: when we stop resisting the current and allow ourselves to move with the still tide, we find our way back home, to center, to calm, to ourselves.
With warmth, grounding, and presence, I bring healing through my voice and energy, offering guided meditations that are intentionally crafted to be soothing, accessible, and supportive wherever you are. Through these audio offerings, Still Tide becomes a place you can return to again and again, at your own pace, in your own time.
